Prerequisites

There are:

  • No minimum diving certification required.
  • No previous medical experience required.
  • A willingness to learn lifesaving emergency response skills.

Course Outline

This comprehensive DAN combination course integrates Basic Life Support (BLS) and Emergency Oxygen First Aid for Scuba Diving Injuries, while placing additional focus on dive-related emergencies and marine injuries.

You’ll receive access to the official DAN learning materials before your practical training begins, allowing you to study at your own pace and arrive prepared for the hands-on emergency scenarios and skills development sessions.

Once you’ve enrolled, one of our qualified Zero Limits Diving Instructors will contact you to provide your learning materials and schedule your practical training dates.

Practical training is completed over 2 days and is usually conducted over weekends, with weekday training available by prior arrangement.
