Learn the Skills That Could Save a Life

Being prepared for an emergency is one of the most valuable skills anyone can have. The Emergency First Response (EFR) course equips you with the knowledge, practical skills, and confidence to respond when every second counts. Whether you’re helping a loved one, a colleague, a stranger, or a fellow diver, you’ll learn how to stay calm and provide lifesaving care until professional medical help arrives.

At Zero Limits Diving, we believe these are skills everyone should have. Taught in a relaxed, hands-on environment, this internationally recognised course is suitable for divers and non-divers alike, giving you the confidence to make a real difference when it matters most.

Prerequisites

There are:

  • No minimum age requirements
  • No previous first aid or medical experience required
  • No diving certification required

The only requirement is a willingness to learn and a desire to help others in an emergency.
